Return/Exchange Policy

Due to the custom nature of the product, all sales are final. Defective product may be returned for replacement.

Due to the variety of uses for rope, Renaissance Rope can make no warranty as to the suitability of a piece of rope for any given application. It is up to the end user to properly assess the anticipated project and the condition of a given piece of rope to decide whether it is appropriate for the task. The strength of a natural fiber rope depends on many factors including, but not limited to, how it is used, what type of environment it is used in, and how it is cared for.
